Night Gallery
Hi! Thanks for visiting! This site was put together for the purpose of showing some of my graphic art. Am I an artist? Not really. I am a college student in Northeast Ohio, studying film and video(with little success), and a little bit of electronic music. So why is this page here? Well, I have always enjoyed graphic design, and every now and then, I bump into something interesting. It makes me wonder why I did'nt go into graphic design in the first place.
There is one thing I should point out. I have never had any real artistic training, and everything that is here is self taught. So, if it dos'nt look too professional, that's the reason why. At the time being, I hav'nt yet figured out how to show you more than just three images, but I am working on it. Expect continual updates to this site. Please feel free to e-mail any comments or questions. Enjoy!

Sketch Art
This was for a project that never saw the light of day(actualy, NO project I have been involved with has ever seen the light of day). This was a design for a backdrop.

Optical Art
Optical Art(or 'Op Art')Began development early in the 20th century. But it really took off and developed in the 1960's(probably because of it's 'Psycadelic' look). Optical Art usually tricks the eyeball in various ways. Either by false perception or the use of contrasting colors(like red and blue). Using colors like red and blue on top of each other creates the 'fluttering' effect that is often seen in Optical Art.

The Micronauts Home Page
Remember Micronauts toys? No? Well then, this site is a great place to start. If you like Japanese toys, Anime, Manga, or Sentai, this site is really worth your time.

micropola
O.K., now that you know about the Micronauts, it's time to take the next step. This site is devoted mainly to the Japanese originators of the Micronauts, 'Microman'. Find out how they evolved from G.I. Joe's! Gasp at how they gave birth to the Transformers! Marvel at how these toys are related in some way or another to just about every toy you ever played with! Lot's of fun. Actually, these two 'Micro' sites were'nt put here to be the last word on the toys themselves. I would recomend looking at ALL of the sites. These two I picked, because they seem to me to be a good introductory to both Micronauts and Microman.

Room 13
This site belongs to an online freind of mine that helped me considerably with my site. This site is sort of a mixed bag of subjects, kind of interesting. You know, they only give you three links here, so I descided to help out those who have helped me. I mean, after all I could have put down One of my favorite Analog synthesizer sites down, or one of the sites for DEVO, my favorite band. Still... Always stick with your freinds.
